Case Description

Count Giulio Allegri and a company of armed men attacked Count Teodoro Moscardo along with his brother and two footmen. The running battle ensued with arquebus fire as the victims fled to the palace of Marchese Pindemonte Malaspina where Teodoro was shot through and killed. The assailants then immediately fled the city on horseback towards Mantuan territory.
