Case #3531

assault Assault

Case Description

The Ruffoni brothers Bartolomeo and Giovanni Battista ordered the murder of Signor Giacomo Prato, sending armed assassins after him. After killing the first assassin through self-defense (see case 3532), Prato was pursued by many henchmen including Giovanni Battista "L'Orzo" Portelion and his kinsmen Pietro and Marco. They were joined by Francesco and Marin Marangon, Domenico Colitri, Loppe, Giovanni Pietro, and some unnamed others. These attackers hunted Prato uttering blasphemies and threats and the victim was only saved by a woman who hid him beneath the counter of her peddler's stall.
