Case Description
In conjunction with the witness suppression detailed in case 3516, the Ruffoni brothers Bartolomeo and Giovanni Battista beat and assaulted Massaro Antonio Giacopini with blows to the ribs.
Motive
As Massaro Giacopini had routinely summoned the local town assembly publicly and decrees against the Ruffonis and appeals to higher authorities againstthem were made there.
