Case Description

The Ruffoni brothers Giovanni Battista and Bartolomeo threatened Giacomo Rabuesi with grave threats in order to coerce him into falsely accuse Antonio Butionino of having shot him when it was in fact Giovanni Battista.

Motive

witness suppression - the Ruffoni's also had a history of actively persecuting Antonio Butionino which is why they pushed for him to be falsely accused
