Case Description
A public official sent by Ser Giovanni Arcole to cite witnesses who were to be examined regarding the codicil of his uncle the late Ser Giovanni Battista Arcole was assaulted by the Oliboni brothers, Ser Alvise and Giovanni Battista. When he arrived at their house to carry out his duty, they prevented him from doing so, tore up his mandate, and attacked him with an arquebus and polearm. The Oliboni's chased him and his companion through the streets shouting "serra, serra, ammazza, ammazza."
