as the parish was doing the procession of the Holy Sacrament, the people decided to celebrate with a bit of a horse race, so three men (Fulvio, Filippo, Giovan Maria) hop on their horses and race, and at the end, one of them jumps into the back of Alessandro Mingenti and tramples him, and he starts vomiting blood and dies shortly after
