Case Description

Bastiano took his beasts out to pasture, and brought them over to the ceda to tie them up, and when he arrived at the ceda someone who has hidden there popped out and shot him with an archebus in the chest, killing him immediately

Motive

Battista and his father Alessandro wanted to rent a pezzo of land that was held and maintained by Bastiano for his father as an agent of Gio di Simone, and of Francesco Manarino; all of them refused to release the property to a lease for Battista and Alessandro, and enmity grew because of this
