Case Description
Francesco and Battista are both returning home with their beasts in tow, and block each other at an intersection; Francesco goes first and leaves Battista behind him, and is laughing at him and saying cruel things, and attacks him with an astola so Batt.a shoots at him with an archibus and hits him in the head.
Motive
Francesco had brought his beasts (sheep) to pasture on a field that Batt.a had just planted olive seeds in, and Batt.a's father had pitchforked one of them - danno dato on both sides
