Case Description
Paolo and two companions went to check out their pastures at night, because Paolo had received some danno dato and wanted to find out who it was, and found Niccolo's and Guido's beasts in the fields, and Niccolo and Guido said "let them stay, or we'll shoot you" and then Niccolo did just that. Paolo died shortly.
