Case Description

Francesco was on his way to Vespers when Paolo stepped out of a doorway and bashed his head in, then gave him a few more bashings on the grounds, and then Paolo and his brother fled into the church when people started looking to see what the screaming was about. The gente then put a guard on the church

Motive

during carnival, Francesco got in a fight with Paolo's brother because Francesco was throwing gravel (or soap?) at people - revenge for this - they are in a querela registered in Bo
