Case Description

Bastiano and two ladies are out in the field cutting grass and Giovan Maria comes up and says "A Dio Bastiano" and Bastiano says "Sete il benvenuto" and Giovan Maria bashes him thrice over the head with the butt of an archebus and dies immediately.

Motive

Bastiano's mom thinks it is because Bastiano's cousin quarreled in Torrone with Gio Maria after Gio Maria smashed his face with a hammer; Bastiano was a witness and chased after GIo;
