Case Description

During the guerra de pugni on Saint Stephen's Day, Captain Bartolo Forner intervened after seeing that several participants brought sticks and weapons to the Ponte dei Carmini. When he demanded they cease, he was attacked by Vincenzo Turchetto and his unnamed companions. Turchetto's companions wounded Forner before Turchetto seized him and threw him into the water.
