Felice and his other sbirri are out patrolling when they encounter Giovanni Battista Marcolini et al, Giovanni Battista says "you are here to spy for the S.r Commissario and tell him that we go around armed at night" and the sbirro replies "I am a sbirro, and I don't spy"; then Giovanni Battista, from behind them, pulls his archibus, and Felice tries to grab it, and Giovanni Battista shoots him and he is wounded badly; the other Giovanni also shoots him
