Felice and his other sbirri are out patrolling when they encounter Gio Batta Marcolini et al, Gio Batta says "you are here to spy for the S.r Commissario and tell him that we go around armed at night" and the sbirro replies "I am a sbirro, and I don't spy"[?]; then Gio Batt.a, from behind them, pulls his archibus, and Felice tries to grab it, and Gio Batt.s shoots him in the shoulder? stomach? either way he's wounded badly; the other Giovanni also shoots him
