Case Description

Gio Battista and Zacaria were playing lawn bowling (Zini) with Cesare Rondini, Antonio Lolli, and Vincenzo Fontanelli, and when Gio Battista was on his knees to throw the ball Zacaria shot him in the thigh with an archebus, and when Gio Battista tried to get up Zacaria shot him again with a pistol but missed, and then Gio Battista grabbed his own pistol from his side and shot Zacaria in the face, who died immediately, and Gio Battista died 5 hours later

they are enemies - a few years ago Gio Battista shot at Zaccaria
