victim was seen arguing with another employee of the Sig.r named Giuseffe, calling him "Barone" and "razza di becco", and then a gunshot was heard and Bernardo was found dead; but Giuseffe isn't indicted

Motive

"per causa d'un fegatetto di Pollastro, che era mancato" - a missing chicken's liver - Giuseffe demanded why Bernardo ate the liver
