Case Description

Giuseffe was returning to his house after mass, and went out to do a bit of passeggiata, as was his habit, and remembered that he had to bring a response to the Signora Catterina Banchetta regarding a civil case she had over venti ducatoni with S.r Francesco Benni Notaio Civile; and he went to go find Catterina to tell her that he had done it, and walked for fifteen minutes, and as he was passing behind the house of Marchese Ferdinando Cospi he saw two people sneaking around, and as he was approaching his house the two people pulled out two archibusi and shot him.
