Case Description

Simone and his two brothers went out at night to find their cow in the woods, which their servant Domenica told them was out there; while they were outside their house on the road on the way to the woods Simone was shot by unknown persons; three shots were fired and one hit him in the left thigh and killed him; massaro thinks it may have been accidental, but likely a feud. According to witness, it was "the Modenesi" who did it.
