Case Description

Giovanni and Gio Battista and a couple others were eating dinner together at an osteria, and Gio Battista said "morning will be here soon, we should go" and the others didn't want to go, and they had an argument, and he left, then he came back in the morning and asked the host if they were still sleeping (they were) so he ordered a jug of wine and went up to their room and they told him to leave, then he came back when it was light out, and they still didn't want to get up, and argued, so Gio Batta shot Giovanni in the head
