Case Description

Francesco is leaving Vespers and the Rubini boys follow him home; he turns around and says, "Andrea, come here so I can have a word, I want to ask if you are my friend or not" but before he can ask Andrea goes at him with a scythe, the other Rubini come up and Domenico caps him with an archibugio. he manages to give a statement to the massaro before dying

Motive

apparently he and Domenico and Andrea once visited a puttana together and the fell out
