Case Description

When Filippo Acquista passed by near Signor Ghisi's house the latter pursed him armed with a pistol and club. Acquista fled to the house of Count Bernardino Nogarola for safety. Ghisi had already tried to have Acquista killed through orders to Alessandro Seoli of Pisa (who was imprisoned for another crime).
