Case #1805
Motive
Enmity: A "slight grievance," which came to a head when Signor Lelio was on his way to church on the morning of Whitsunday and was confronted by Signor Opilio, soured the relationship between the two men. Although their dispute was mediated and supposedly cleared up through a mutual declaration of friendship thanks to Signor Annibale Giustini and the Cavalier Gian Paolo Mandello, Signor Opilio secretly retained his animosity despite cordial relations in public.
