Case Description
While Lord Ambrosio Scaranati was travelling from his shop to his house he was assaulted by Giovanni Battista Bastardi. The assailant first attacked with fists before attacking with a stiletto and a pistol with intent to kill. Lord Ambrosio survived by fleeing to his house with the help of bystanders who rushed to his aid.

Potentially an attempted assassination at the behest of an unknown culprit.
