That Father Paulo de Thomato Zener, son-in-law/relative of Pami [?] accused: that holding enmity with Gerolamo Bilora and Francesco Caratton called "Doctor", on the day of San Vio [Saint Vito/Vitus] recently past, in Ruga Bella at San Giacomo dall'Orio; He went with others to the House of the aforesaid Francesco [Caratton] challenged him with insolent manners and with much scandal to that district and having taken from his own house an arquebus he fired it against said Francesco from which aforesaid arquebus-shot, Francesco d'Antonio Tessèr was injured/wounded.
