Case Description
That Ser Domenego da Mosto, son of Ser Francesco; absent but legitimately cited; for having, on the evening of Friday the 10th of December recently past walking through the city in the time of night in the company of others, armed, and with women insulting the houses of diverse people; in their passing in front of the house and shop of the late Antonio the linen-maker in Rio Terrà made noise at his door; Whereupon the said Linen-maker having come upon/out to it [the door] this Mosto wounded him with a sword-thrust in the chest under the breast; from which, having fallen to the ground, he immediately died.
