Case Description

Ser Gerolamo Marcello, son of the late Ser Piero; on the day of the 8th of the present month, around the 23rd hour, sent with a note of his to call the Nobleman Ser Zuanne da Molin, son of the late Ser Francesco, to his house at San Lorenzo; who Molin, having immediately mounted a boat, went there. Marcello, cruelly murdered him with an arquebus shot in the part of the back, which passed him up to the chest; and with diverse other wounds of cutting weapon.
