Case Description

Francesco was shot in the dark near his house; his neighbours brought him back to his courtyard and got the Massaro; he was on his way to look for a neighbour who was late getting home, and had just got back and was on his way to bed when someone shot him from the corner of his property

Motive

Domenico was a robber, and Francesco had led the search party that first caught him and put him in the torrone two years before
