Case Description

Gio Battista Malvasia got into an argument with his socio Andrea "per conto d'uva, del dare et havere" and Andrea came at Malvasia to punch him, and Malvasia pulled his knife and stabbed Andrea in the chest and ran as Andrea's wife chased after him, and Andrea fell dead.
