Case Description

Francesco shows up in Sabatino's garden and starts wrecking his lettuce and radish, and Sabbatino calls him a "barone", Francesco calls him a becco fottuto, etc etc, Sabbatino says "I don't want to duel, I have to attend my family" and (according to Sab) turns to leave and when he is at his door Francesco hits him with a rock

Motive

argument and insulted honour. People don't take "barone" very well - also, Francesco used to work for Sabbatino until he fired him
