Case Description

Pasquale was in a field when Pietro and an unknown companion came out of the woods and shot him, then call him a razza di becco

Motive

old argument - in Guzzano, Pasquale owns a property with a road that heads towards Bologna; in May, Pietro bought the land next to it, through which also ran the road, and closed access to the road to Pasquale - many arguments and negotiations follow as Pasquale tried to get Pietro to let him through until the ground was wet enough to build a new road around (sayeth Pasquale); eventually Pasquale is in the field and Pietro shoots him
