Case Description

Lorenzo and company are bringing hay to Bologna in carts when Lorenzo says he lost his pitchfork (forcina?) and wanted to go back and look for it; the others didn't want to go and continued on their way, slowly so he can catch up. They get to Bologna in the morning without him and assume he must have gone home, but he is found in Spirito Santo dead in the middle of the road with a head wound

Motive

Alessandro owed Lorenzo 8 lire for the balance of payment of two cows that he bought in 1616
