Case Description

the gang is returning from a party at the Church of San Pietro di Rubiara sul Modenese, when they pass by the property of Sig. Marchese Pepoli looked after by Biagio Biondi his socio; they ask Biagio to give them all drinks and he goes to get them, and while he is gone some of them start singing and dancing on a wall, then as he is handing out the wine they start arguing, and fighting first with bastone and then with archibugii, one guy named Dom.co Maria Bastia is killed, his father Domenico is wounded close to death, three or four gunshots fired, and they think the argument started between the Capitano and Domenico Bastia
