Case Description
Marsilio and Nicolo came to blows in the street and had a swordfight, and Nicolo killed Marsilio; Nicolo had been hanging out outside an hostaria with the host when he noticed the baker and a priest pointing at him and talking, and went over and shouted at them how they shouldn't point at gentlement; the baker told Marsilio that he had been mistreated by Niccolo, and Marsilio came out to admonish him, and Niccolo challenged him, and Marsilio called him a crier and a thief, Nicolo whipped out his sword, Marsilio said he didn't want to duel with such a cheater ("pari furbi"), Niccolo called Marsilio a pig, and a coward, Marsilio went and got his sword, and off it went from there
