Case Description

Michele went to Gregorio's house to get Tomasso's daughters to come to a dance at his house, and Tomasso said no, and they got into an argument; Michele ran behind Tomasso and whacked him on the head with a bastone four times, breaking his head and making him fall to the ground; and Tomasso got up and ran inside for a roncha, and wounded Michele three times, then Tomasso's brother and nephew showed up to help out, and the Masaro heard what was happening and rang the bell and the fight was broken up
