Case Description

Domenico was leaving the church of S Michele di Sanzanigo and met Bartolomeo, and said to him "you say that you come for my fields" "and that's not the truth" and they began exchanging injurious words, and Bartolomeo grabbed his pugnale and stabbed Domenico twice, one in the arm and one in the shoulder near the throat
