Case Description

Oliviero and Catharina go out to see her father for a visit and never arrive; his mom goes to look for them, finds Catharina's brother who says he hasn't seen them, and who then discovers Catharina dead on his way home

Motive

They had a baby two months ago and it died, and afterwards Catherina started an affair with Giovanni/ Pietro Vaglia, and Oliviero no longer wanted her. His supplica says that he caught her in delicto flagrante
