Case Description

Andrea slapped Domenico in the face; Domenico then chased him down the street, being joined by his brother Giovanni as they passed their house

Motive

the two have some grudge - the night before, Andrea was walking by Domenico's oven when Domenico said "What are you looking at? I don't want you looking at me!" and Andrea picked up a rock to throw while Domenico retreated inside, and Andrea spent the rest of the evening walking back and forth in front of the oven shouting how he wanted to kill Domenico
