Case Description

Domenico Fanina and Bastiano Bertelli went to mass, and walked home with Bastiano Lolli; as Lolli left them at their door he walked away insulting him under his break and they heard him and said "What do you want to say?" and Lolli replied "come here if you want nothing"(?) and they got in a brawl; Fanina and Bertelli had sticks and gave Lolli a head-bashing, and Lolli pulled a knife and stabbed both of them; Fanina died a few days later

Lolli says he wanted Domenico's daughter
