Case Description

After dinner and drinking, three friends including Pietro Scala are walking home; they stop in the Borgo dei Borcelli to call some others and to figure out where to head next, and Pietro Scala shoots off his archibus and it hits Pietro Benassi in the stomach as well as Scala's friend Giacomo in the arm; he immediately starts to cry out that it was an accident. Benassi dies.
