Case Description

the two were playing cards and Gabriele knocked Francesco's lantern off the table; Gabriele said "keep your hands to yourself" and Gabriele got angry and they went outside to fight, and Gabriele fights dirty with keys in his punches and got Francesco in the face

probably drinking, a silly argument got way out of hand; probably no intent to kill
