Case Description

Giulio Bresaola, a seventeen year old boy with a paralyzed right side of his body due to apoplexy, was attacked and killed by Domenico Vecchiolini with a stiletto. The victim was set upon in an area of the city with low traffic and the only witnesses were a group of friars who attempted to stop the assailant, but failed.
