Case Description

During a truco game involving Paulo Maffei, two Fontana brothers, and the Bordeschi brothers Domenico and Leonardo a dispute broke out. The dispute was between Maffei and the Bordeschi and after a verbal exchange they came to blows and weapons were drawn. Maffei was and a man named Leonardo Bordesco was also seriously wounded.
