Case Description

While walking to his mother's house where he planned to stay for the night, the priest Don Benedetto Chiaramini of the Monastery of San Zeno was attacked. Noticing a cloaked figure hurriedly stalking him from behind he stepped aside to let the figure past at which point they leveled a pistol and fired at him hitting him in the arm. Although the attacker immediately fled, his identity was discovered to be a monastic brother, Don Pietro, also of San Zeno's.
