Case Description

On the feast day of Saint James while traveling from Burano, Triffon of Cattaro, Antonio, Bortolo Bergamasco, and Triffon's barber brother-in-law (unnamed) assaulted the noblemen Ser Francesco Maria Malipiero, Ser Girolamo Bollani, and Ser Niccolò Longo. They attacked them with insults and their oars. Malipiero was forced to leap into the water to flee the attack and was struck in the head which was a life threatening injury. Longo was also wounded by the oar blows.
